The original posters

The original poster series was inspired by a trip to Weapons of Mass Creation Fest in Cleveland where I spent three days having design inspiration poured into my brain.

When I started kicking around the idea for the project, my friends Melissa and Shellie were instrumental in encouraging me to keep making new designs. To keep pushing forward. And for a while, I did keep making them. A few were even featured on Abduzeedo’s typography showcase.

But last fall, when my health took a turn for the worse, I stopped the project. And I really missed the creative outlet that it created for me.

I wrote a bit about myself and where I see this project going, but while you are here, take a minute and peek through the originals that started it all.
